Returns Policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
a. Orders may be canceled by contacting us via email. You must provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice before your order is scheduled for delivery. Late cancellations may result with us inadvertently shipping your order. If such a situation occurs you will be held responsible for the cost of shipment. To start a return, you can contact us at hey@upprlowr.com Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Uppr Lowr HQ, 27/21-35 Ricketts Road, Mount Waverley, VIC 3149, Australia.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if;
a. The customer got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it.

b. The problem with the product was caused by the customer misusing it.

c. The customer knew of or was made aware of the problem with the product before they bought it.

d. Asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business

c. The problem with a service was caused by the actions of someone other than the business.

    Shipping Details
    a. When you place an order it is your responsibility to ensure that the details that you have provided are true and correct. If it turns out that the details are incorrect and the goods are delivered to the wrong address we cannot be held responsible.

    b. When you place an order with us you are providing us with the authority to leave the goods at the location specified by you. We cannot be held responsible for the goods once they have been shipped. 

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hey@upprlowr.com
